The worst service ever!!!!

I recently moved in to Eyethu house and wow the service is appalling... The only time you get the best service is when they want you to sign the lease, then after you are in **** as you literally figure things oyt yourself. I need settings for DSTv (something they should have by the reception) bjt no, i was told to knock at 128 or 311 for assistance but there was no one to help.. For Christ sake we are in lickdoen and all i want is to watch tv but i can't. I was told by my friends that their service is ****ty but unfortunately it was right after i have signed with them... I hate hear. It's noisy and full of roaches. If you thinking of signing a lease with them, please DON'T!!!!
