THE WORST PLACE TO MOVE IN AT ! DO NOT ! FULL OF REGRETS
*If you are thinking of moving here, please save yourself, DO NOT!*
There are so many things that are not right about this place ! The amenities that have a flat charge are still under construction yet we are paying for them.
The parking is so expensive yet there is no provison made for visitors parking unless if they park at the shopping centre's parking which has an hourly rate. Paying R400 for 1 parking bay that has no shelter or paying R600 for underground parking is a bit too WILD when your visitors can not be accommodated in any way.
Wifi is advertised as unlimited yet when you get to the estate you are given pamphlets to upgrade the wifi as what is offered is the bare minimum and is really not useful with poor connectivity.
These disclaimers are not made prior and don't appear anywhere in the advertising so that informed discisions are made now we find ourselves stuck in a place that we are unhappy in.

Additionally, all our tenants are allocated unlimited WiFi and the tenants then has an option to upgrade their service plan which is arranged with the providers.
