BARLOW PARK IS EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH SOUTH AFRICA. This estate is giving everything you DO NOT WANT IN AN ESTATE. It doesn’t feel like home. We have been water shedding since Thursday because apparently Joburg Water is not supplying water but abo makhe have had sufficient water supply from Friday. I have been sick since Wednesday - now imagine being sick in an estate that does not have water. When I complained to the building manager I was told I should be happy I am not load shedding anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. IT’S A **** :(
