The Dimond - House of no Rules
The Dimond always one issue or another, if its not their WiFi is power cuts. In two years I have never seen them fumigate once. Access control is a joke in this place, so don't expect security to do anything about noise or enforce any of the rules, as I write this it is 00:13 on a Tuesday there is noise at the braai area which is meant to be closed by 22:00. Same thing last night, pretty much the same every night.
