THE DIAMOND (ITHEMBA PROPERTIES) - DISGUSTING
If you want incredibly bad service, from cleaning staff all the way to Management ...go live at an Ithemba flat. Nothing ever works at The Diamond (Jewel City), from lifts, to boom gates. Do not get me started on the smell of ******* at the entrance of the building, creating flies. I've been here for a year, and i could not be moving out any sooner because if i have to see another ****ROACH in the passages or on the walls...absolutely DISGUSTING!! And i have never seen Pest Control here at all!! The cleaning staff, does not clean properly and you never know if they woke up on the wrong side of the bed - cos they are RUDE. OH AND PLEASE, IF YOU DO AT AN ITHEMBA FLAT....READ YOUR CONTRACTS PROPERLY because they will try to tell you about a refund after 30days....it is against the Law. Fami****ize yourself with the Rental Housing Act.
