Dear Ithemba,

So my contract finished with Ithemba last year Novemeber 2022, i didnot renew the contract also didnot move out.

Last month (March 2023) I decided that I will move out from their building The Diamond.

Worse service ever, new clause that we're not even in the contract that I signed.

Now I have been charged 800.97 for late termination while I sent the termination email first week of March.

Also I am charge 600 because I couldn't move out at 12 noon, while I paid full rent to even cover me for the 31st of March.

There was never a maintenance after my lease finished, but they said now they can see my fingers on the wall and I will have to pay 502,

I have to pay fumigation fee, while their whole building is infested and they never bother to come and fumigate on our behalf.
