The Atlas Apartments - Sunninghill - Incredible Experience (Ithemba Properties)

I stay at an Ithemba controlled property, The Atlas Apartments in block 10, and trust me: it is BY FAR the best experience I’ve had.

I’m in my second year here but let me do this justice for what I’ve experienced:

1) At tenant application and viewing I was helped by Thembi. The viewing was seamless, handling of my application and communication was incredible. The constant feedback about the process was always there especially because I was nervous about finding a place in short notice

2) On call assistance: After my first month of billing I was COMPLETELY lost about my statement. I sent Sihle the property manager a detailed query and she responded within minutes every aspect of the statement even down to water meter age etc.

3) Not too drag this out, but: The units are continuously fumigated, estate is always clean, the SAFETY IS AMAZING, access is controlled and you never have to worry about security. There’s no LOADSHEDDING thank heavens, my visitors have always enjoyed their visit here and the property is close to all amenities.

Ultimately, it’s I can’t do justice with one single post but trust me on this one: The estate is good, YES, but the hospitality from the admin office is was literally elevates this place to a whole other level. For those who travel frequently, it’s similar to the service you could find at a hotel.

For those worried about pricing: Not only is the place reasonable price for the sunninghill/sandton area, BUT the service from the grounds keepers, security, workers and office is something you can’t by, AND IF YOU COULD BUY IT, it will be well beyond the pricing of the unit.
