Thank you, Modise Sennelo

I gave Ithemba Property Management notice to terminate my lease - this process went seamlessly. Unfortunately, I mistakenly mistyped my account number wherein which my deposit monies was supposed to be returned and only noticed a month after because I called Ithemba Property Management to find out what was happening. Modise Sennelo immediately attended to assisting me by notifying the bank of an incorrect beneficiary payment and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Honestly, I had no hope that the money would successfully return, but Modise informed me this week that everything has been sorted out and that I will indeed be receiving the money as the correct beneficiary. I am so grateful for Modise's assistance with this process and to Ithemba Property Management for employing people who actually help and try their best to assist with what they can. "Ithemba" indeed :)
