Terrible Service

Ok please do yourself a favour and stay away this property manager , the lies , deceit and lack of accountability is insane . It's like a hostel, you'll have to smell for solutions. But believe, they always have excuses . You'll have no electricity, no water, no wifi . And guess what ? You'll still be billed for an entire month Asif these services were provided to us. They will disregard and cover up their mistakes, in billing, our safety as tenants and their responsibility as a property manager . The building managers? Useless from the inside out , no communication no nothing. You will sit without wifi, electricity and water for days and you must just make a plan, buy data , buy water and will not be compensated. jewel city stinks so much . Like honestly what are we paying for . This is a definition of other people ruining another person's company due to incompetence . Which company still uses a service provider That has bad service delivery, eg wifi. It's not supposed to be like this as per our contract , it's a breach . But because we are black we must accept it ? I have been asking for vacate the premises due to theft in my unit and from the clothing line that was never solved for months now , unsafeness of the building and the noise levels. Even after 10 The Onyx is like a tavern . If you are a professional and work from home , save yourself and go elsewhere . HOUSS is terrible as well but much better than this . I'm appalled and disgusted . This rating 1 is a favour from God . I would really love to vacate this property today . I don't even care about the deposit , as I have been reading, it's a mission. Even trying to vacate is a problem it's like they wanna trap you . For your sake and your credit, rather live in a shak, you'll have piece of mind. I have been complaining about my wifi that isn't working since the 22nd of Feb 😂 and it's still not fixed it's April 3rd vandag . 👏🏿 Khulekani? Quiet .
