Terrible experience at Dundonald Lodge, PE

Owner rude and VERY insulting!! Never in my life have I been so insulted and spoken to like my family is a piece of *******. In stead of approaching us in a proper manner the owner, Andrew decided to wait for us (with a tool in his hand mind you!) while on our way out and started shouting and insulting us! I would not let my dog stay there! Parking very uncomfortable, furthermore the place was not even swept, we had to clean. Luckily I had extra bedding else would not have slept a wink! I will never stay there again - what a bad experience to have your family insulted and even have the owner picking on a poor 2 month old baby when we respected his rules regarding water usage!
