Switch off My electricity for Maintenance fee not related to rent

ithemba property (Purchase Place) after paying their Rent on time and in full every month, they switched off my electricity due to a maintenance fee of door and not rent because my rent is paid in full. the fee for the door is R900 which i was going to settle on my last bill which will only include water charge. this is a door charge and not rent related charge, and now my electricity is switched off and my food will spoil on the fridge and am unable to shower and go to work just because off a R900. After paying Rent for almost a year of R3600+. the services are poor lift never working and the agents sell the apartments on lies. the service is poor and the building manager Busisiwe the lady never shy's aware from fighting with tenants on daily biases and Ithemba has never taken any action against her. it saddens me that after settling my bill on order with Ithemba, They would switch off my electricity for a R900 fee that is not even related to Rent. I can only pay on the 26th of February and i don't have the funds now only when i get paid and am worried about my food spoiling.
