Stay Away- They Ignore Rental Housing Tribunal procedures, and dont take complains serious
The application process is smooth, but once you move in, service deteriorates. Maintenance and urgent issues take looong with little to no response. Tenants are forced to constantly follow up for basic assistance.
I raised concerns with building management at Barlow Park (Building B) and experienced poor communication and a lack of urgency. I was advised to “complain via email,” but despite sending multiple emails, I received no response.
Based on my experience, management does not follow Rental Housing Tribunal procedures.
Very disappointing service
