STAY AWAY FROM ITHEMBA PROPERTIES!!!

Ithemba properties took over and immediately there is no hot water until 11am in our block, for a few hours if so. Roaches growing more and more and can be found crawling around or dead in the corridors, even saw a dead one right next to the reception desk last month. Constant noise in the parking lot, people coming back drunk at 2/3/4/5 am shouting and screaming with no repercussions. Disabled bays being used as regular parking.

New management has an awful attitude, and it is clear they do because they don't know what is going on, nor do they understand the basic principles of hot and cold (shame). They will be defensive, and lie. The building 'manager', Zayne, has **** on record on two such occasions concerning the lack of hot water which after almost 2 months is still not fixed, despite his lies claiming it would be over a month ago.

This place used to be a nice place to stay for young professionals 2/3 years ago in 2022 and 2023, now it is just a shadow of what Africrest built. I would recommend The Eclipse right down the road, as it is managed by Africrest (check Google reviews and compare it to here). Unfortunately it's just going down hill fast and is no longer a place I would recommend to young professionals, or even anyone.
