SPEAKING OUT RESULTS IN LEASE CANCELLATION

im extremely upset by the way Ithemba Property Metropolitan staff has treated me as a tenant, I've had my lights cut off numerous time for reasons that are so ****en its funny. I have been over charged water for 5 months with no resolution and disrespected by security and the building manager Isaac Maleka when I address this matter of disrespect they decide to cancel my lease.

the letter states I've breached my lease clause 4.3 I investigate this with Paul and Dodo and all they can give me is legally they have a right as a company to cancel for no reason at all. so if you ever dare complain at Ithemba you will be kicked out they care more about protecting their staff.

since they have over 4000 tenants my issues are just a waste of their time but they gladly accepted payment for the past 3 years I've adhered to all their rules and regulations and me getting disrespected means I must now look for accommodation coz they are tied of my money I would presume, this looks more like a personal issue more than a legal issue.
