Situation East's unprofessional supervisor!

I always see tenants having issues with the caretaker at Situation East building. She is by far the worst person a tenant can ever deal with. She let her friend into the building and told her where I stay and claimed she knew nothing... a day later she calls and apologizes and asks me not to report her. I kept quiet but luckily I have the recorded conversation as proof. AGAIN just last week she requested management to close off a door the tenants use to and from the parking forcing people to use the external entrance day and NIGHT!. I asked her about the safety issue and how it get my furniture and she further says it's the "white managements " decision. No wonder people dislike her....... Ithemba management needs to consider and respond to tenants needs. People don't pay and they are attended to... WE PAY AND ARE IGNORED AND HUMILIATED!!!!!!!
