I have stayed at Rand executive for over 10 years and honestly I have had minor issues but recently l am even thinking of moving. The floors are no no longer clean and polished daily, the noise, people braaing at the balcony. The consistency is lacking, wifi we pay but is down. Can we have a 24 hour turn around time for maintenance problems because sometimes they say they don't have the things that need to be replaced. Also can we have units that have been occupied for a longer period be maintained my tub looks horrible and the paint is peeling off on the wall for the loyalty surely it's something you can do.
