Security Guard At Eyethu House
I will write reviews with every incident until these issues are solved. Tonight I came back from work late evening and my fingerprint wasn't working. I asked the security guy to open for me and he refused. Now I understand this on a safety level, but he could see that the light was green which means that I am a tenant. Instead of him telling me properly what the issue was he was rude and nonchalant about it. Something needs to be done about this person, this is not acceptable.
