If you want a flat don't bother come at ithemba they will over charge rent because hey owe city power now city power came at our flat Randacxecative flat and switched of the lights I'm not happy as tanant if I just pay rent late with 3days they will cutt my fingerprint I will be not allowed to enter the flat they will switch of your lights as if they are perfect whilst owing city power please ithemba buildings pay your bills as we pay your rent we want electricity I'm not happy at all
