I don't understand abt ithemba water charges even if you were not using water for sometime they charge me almost 2000 water every month my water this time came 1600 if you send them imail and smses they don't even respond, they just being rude cz I can't say it's just my 2 kids at my house like using water to cook only and bath from my sister inlow do washing there cz I wanted to see how do they charge do they count Metre ooh they just put the money they like to charge us now my water is 1600 this month wasn't bathing here with all of my kids we were just using water for cooking only and my kids and the people we stay together Monday to Fridays will not even at home hall day so why I'm being charged that lot of water
