Robbing tenants
The billing department for this company is the worst, I have had billing issues twice and this is only my second month at the building. I have a Balance B/f of R650 that I know nothing about, they keep sending automated emails and I seriously have had it with the company. They have located me parking in a different building and it doesn't make sense why i have to park that far. I need someone to attend to this, the ghost charges and the ridiculous parking space which is 2 streets away from my building.
