In August 2013 i signed my lease with Ithemba properties for a 1 bedroom apartment (Purchase Place).I stayed there with my mom ,i eventually left the apartment in the care on my mum as i was pregnant and moving in with my husband .During this time i continued paying rent for the next 4 months .We eventually decided that my mom move in with us as the expenses where too much .I spoke to the building manager Jack that we had to move out as we can not afford paying for the apartment ,i understanding that is was a breach of contract ,however i had paid in my deposit so i ddnt mind if i lost it .I tried a number of times i kept following up on us moving out ,however they refused .and locked my mother out.The thing is the building care taker Rich confiscated all out furniture and all our clothes ,they even refused for us to take our blankets ,Fast forwarding to 2016 i still have not received a letter from Ithemba demanding any money i owed (if there is any ) I never even received a letter sating that they will action all our property .I Think this is *****ing as no one has communicated with us on whats happening to our property .If i owed them why am i not getting any letter of demand
