Ripping people off

I dont want to pay me my deposit back, after I have sent through all the payments I haveade after moving out. They are snakes and lairs. My deposit was R3500 and only getting back R670. Talking about cleaning charges. The form I signed when moving out stated cleaning chargers are R299. We left that place looking good, iI even submitted pictures of my out going inspection and the place is clean. Dont ever rent at any of their buildings, their ****mers and should be shut down. They dont even have decent parking and the apartments are small for the amount ofoney people pay to stay there.
