********** on the refund

I gave notice at the beginning of October and notice was approved without stating that any charge will be deducted from my deposit (R2 949.00), I was surprised to receive R806.27 and the have charged R450 for paint and R1619.40 for penalty charge . The charge which they clearly stated in the contract that it will be 20% but instead they charged more than 20%, when I call Mpho Ticalala was sooo rude and she explained that 20% was for the remaining months that I was supposed to stay in.

The terms of the contract did not state what she said, I would not refer anyone to Ithemba properties and I will also publishing this matter on social media.
