********** on rental money.

Good day,

I am currently resting with Ithemba property in Kwaggasrand. My lease started March 2020 in a 2 bedroom flat and due to space constraints i requested to move to a 3 bedroom flat of which there were charges to be paid of which i did before moving to a 3 bed flat. Firstly i got a message from ITC notifying me that i missed my rent, secondly the charges i paid when moving were added to the following month invoice, the following month there was anothe additional fee, of which they said is for the paint of the previous flat, although post inspection was not done. Pre inspection of the new flat isn't done. I requested these from the building manager and he went quiet on me. Lastly, two days ago i received the invoice stating an additional amount now of late payment. This is the third additional fee and i sent an email to *** *** *** *** and not even one person rep**** back to at least say that we looking into the matter or we'll revert back to you. When i call the building manager he is never in the office, he will call me back and he never did, even on whatssap he just doesn't respond.
