Reversal of my funds

I have moved into a loft at Urban olive under ithemba properties and then took a transfer from a bachelor to a 2 bed loft with the deposit and since i was an existing tenant i was told im not gonna be charged lettung feea and admin but i was charged those fees. Initially i was told im going to pay half rent on the first month of which i paid all the funds i was adviced to pay then 3 days later i was told im no linger getting the half rent discount. I have to pay the balance of R1900 no explanations given. Then come June i didn't get my statement i asked the building manager about that and he said i should not pay rent yet as the statement is wrong. The statement was fixed 4 days later and thats when i paid rent but in july i was charged a late payment fee evwn though the fault was not from my side i tried to get this fixed but with no luck. Can u please assist
