Requested for a paid up letter multiple times from Mpumelelo and Sizakhele

I am extreme dissatisfaction with the service I've received from Ithemba Properties. Despite numerous attempts requesting for a paid-up letter from Mpumelelo and Sizakhele, I've been met with silence from Mpumelelo and inaction from Sizakhele.

I've been requesting a settlement letter for weeks now, and every time I've been ignored and they busy telling me they are waiting for an update. This is the first time I hear about such because most companies send paid up letters within 3-5 working days. I've lost count of the number of emails and phone calls I've made, but it seems like my concerns are being deliberately ignored. The team does not care and they have now decided no to respond to my emails anymore. At this point I have decided to log a complaint with the CSOS.

The lack of communication and professionalism from your end has caused me significant inconvenience and stress and has created a bad name with my other creditors. This has also affected my credit score. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, and unfortunately, your team has fallen short.

I'd like to highlight the following issues: - Ignoring my repeated requests for a settlement letter - Failure to respond to emails and phone calls - Lack of transparency and communication

Dear Inesh,

We acknowledge receipt of your correspondence. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the period in which your query was under investigation and thank you for your patience while the matter was escalated for further review.

Please be advised that, as a general practice, Ithemba Property issues transactional statements as confirmation that an account has been settled. However, based on your representations and in light of your indication that the relevant credit record continues to reflect an outstanding amount, an exception has been requested to issue a paid-up letter in this instance.

We have duly noted the manner in which our staff engagement could have been improved. The matters raised have been formally escalated to the relevant departments and will be addressed accordingly in line with our internal procedures. Please be assured that appropriate steps will be taken to prevent a recurrence of similar issues.

Furthermore, we confirm that the matter relating to your credit listing has been escalated for urgent resolution. Although an amendment was submitted following the allocation of your payment, it appears that the amendment was not processed in full as originally instructed. Appropriate follow-up has been undertaken to ensure that the correction is effected without further delay.

We regret any delay experienced in this regard.

Regards
Ithemba Property
