Talk about a ******* **** when it comes to the rentals !!! Lat year December they ran a special on their rentals, pay before the 1st of the month they discount you 1/3 of your rent. Splendid till a month later when they decided to recoup it back their discounted amount & via a **** that my water bill amounted to R1 600 !! Never heard of it in my entire life !! You want peace of mind stay away from these ******** as even the building managers prove incapable of offering sound advice nor help....*******s, ********, ********s !!!
