Rental issue
An amount towards rent was paid using one of the speed points provided to the building managers early October in addition to October rent already having been paid. When the statement was delivered for November period the amount was not reflecting and the building manager was quick to say there was something wrong with their system and amounts that were paid via speed point seemed not to reflect, I was not the only one.
The building manager therefore went with my husband to their offices where he was asked to quote the payment reference and upon quoting it, it was found on the system and the promise was that it would be allocated accordingly.
Fast forward to around the 8th of the month in faith that the amount would reflect I just made an ETF transfer of R2000 and then later on in the month of November TPN notification that I have not paid full rent and was also told to make the R2722 payment as it is outstanding, the issue of the amount swiped is still being sorted out and may take long. If not paid services will be cut. The swiped amount would be allocated to Dec and Jan by the time Dec rent is due. Thankfully I had the amount still to pay and I made payment.
Today is the 29th of November. Still not updated. Statement shows that I am owing Dec Rent which should have been covered by the amount paid via speed point.
