rental deposit refund struggle
I put in notice to vacate Purchase place on the 15 of June 2022..Left the place the 30th of July...was told there will be a penalty to pay which I duly paid..to date being the 1st of September 2022 i have not received my deposit back...I am dealing with a lerato vendula on emails and everyday is a different story with her...Im actually gatvol with ithemba and the building manager Mavis is unhelpfull as per usual...I would not recommend their buildings at all

03 Sept 2022, 13:15Thank you for your response ..it is however unacceptable that i got an email from a Lerato vendula saying that I will get my deposit refund on the 15th SEPT 2022 cos the payment has closed...This is very inconvinient for me cos i submitted everything on time so why is it my problem that you have *********** staff ?I will take this matter to the housing tribunal cos I AM UNHAPPY WITH THIS PATHETHIC SERVICE AND IM TIRED OF GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH YOUR *********** STAFF,,,SORT THIS MESS OUT
