Rent at Ithemba Properties at your Own Risk, Be warned.

Don't get me wrong, I have enjoyed my stay at Purchase Place, one of the Ithemba Properties Building. My problem is their Parking Arrangements, The Roller door at one of their Parking Areas at Hoofd Mansions has been removed since November 2019, It's now almost a year, No communication to tenants, still paying the same rate for parking that has no Roller Door with no safety, If anything was to happen to anyone's car, Insurance won't pay because we told them there is a garage door at the parking. On top of that, one of the Sewer Pipes burst, spraying faeces on our cars, still no communication, no acceptance of responsibility, we had to park our cars with faeces for more than 2 weeks, unhygienic, ontop of this Pandemic. The way they treat their customers is disgusting.
