Refund unpaid : Contract Violation

We handed our notice 30 days before leaving and the form we sign clearly stated, "PLEASE NOTE:

I am aware, that the process of

refunds can take up to 30 days (excluding weekend and public holidays) from date of submission of THIS FORM." but it's close to 2 months and we have not been refunded our deposit.

After 30 days of handing in the form, we contacted the building manager who told us that it will take a few days for us to get our deposit back. I then sent an email and was told the issue was resolved.

I reopen the ticket/issue, then an Ithemba staff told me to wait a further 30 days. I paid my penalty fee for "violating my lease agreement" (according to the staff), you guys are now in violation of your agreement and there's no penalty for that? Can I please get my deposit back?

The only time we received good service was when we were dealing with the sales team/ agents. After you've paid the deposit and get the key, they change upon you. They start referring to things you never agreed to.
