Refund
I would like to express my disappointment with Ithemba property for the way they handled my downgrade from 1 bed to a bachelor. When i first moved in i had to pay the deposit of R4400 for a 1 bed, then i asked to downgrade few months later to a bachelor which has the rent of R3700. i have just recently found out that i was suppose to get a refund of R700 as i was supposed to move with my deposit.
