Recreational Area Appreciation.

It's important to acknowledge progress where you see one. I currently stay at Purchase Place one of Ithemba properties and i would like to show my appreciation of the new development in the building, which is the Recreational Area. It's quite a very good spot and has really enabled me to go up there and catch some sunlight and probably meet up with some tenants and exchange good conversations. Personally for me, the area has been a great deal as I've been living in the building for almost two years and found it extremely difficult to make friends or create conversations in and around where i stay because i would only see people briefly, when in the lift or waiting by the door for my turn to pass through. The Recreational Area has really helped me a lot, i can now step outside my apartment and go catch a drink and definitely meet other tenants, have a great laughter while braaing some meat ... It has definitely made my life easier, and i wouldn't end this review without mentioning a great lady's name who made all of that possible, Samantha, thank you so much. It might be not really something 'big' to other tenants but to me it's been a happier place for me.. This review is solely based on the Recreational Area and nothing else, as other parts really need some great work to be done hence i knocked it one star off.
