Reason why I wouldn’t recommend moving into these apartments

I moved into this apartment complex with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Here are a few issues that need to be addressed:

Expensive Parking: The parking fees here are exorbitant. The covered parking costs R600, and the uncovered parking costs R400, which is quite steep. What's more frustrating is that there's no parking available for visitors. If your visitor has a car, they have to park at the shopping center nearby, where they charge an hourly rate. It's absurd to pay so much for parking and not even have a designated area for visitors.

Misleading Adverti*****t about WiFi: The adverti*****ts for this complex boasted about free uncapped WiFi. However, the reality is far from what was promised. The WiFi provided here is of the lowest speed, rendering it practically useless. To make matters worse, they offer packages for higher speeds at an additional fee. It's unfair and ********* to lead residents to believe that functional WiFi is provided for free.

Overall, the management needs to take residents' feedback seriously and make significant improvements. Suggestions boxes should be provided to allow residents to voice their concerns and suggest improvements. As it stands, I would not recommend anyone to move into this apartment complex.

Additionally, one of the most bizarre and inconvenient aspects of living here is that residents are provided with only one key when moving in. This is unheard of in most apartment complexes, especially for a two-bedroom apartment that caters to two people. It's frustrating that if there are two people living in the apartment, they have to go to a locksmith and make a duplicate key at their own expense. This lack of consideration for residents' needs adds to the list of reasons why I cannot recommend this apartment complex.
