**** property (Ithemba/Eyethu)

Dear Ithemba properties (Eyethu House) your building for starters is dirty,it is smelly and full of roaches, it needs to be closed down for proper cleaning and rinsing. The way you treat your tenants is wrong and very unfair. I so wish this goes viral. I cannot wait for the day I move out l, mind you I have been wanting to move out but this **** company treatened ne that if I leave before I finish the 12” month contract then I’m gonna have to pay for the remaining 3 months that I will not even be staying here for, Sies. A friend of mine came to visit me and she had her own car and I also have mine with two parkings, parking that I pay R400 for each and every month and I was told by the securities that my friend must leave her car outside, how?? Then when we wanted to go out later that night I was told that visitors are not supposed to leave these premises when they come to visit they must just visit, sleep over then leave the following day yerrr!!! I stay in a one bedroom flat here, in their stupid contract they say that if you stay in a 1 bedroom flat, 3people can share the flat, now my cousin comes here to stay with me and I am told by the manager that they must pay R500 for fingerprints, which other company does that guys, please tell me? These people are ******** all they want is money money money and more money. If I were you’ll I’d stay far away as possible from this company and their buildings, I cannot wait to get away from these roaches. They attract us these first month free rent specials, but when you move out you never get back your deposit, they’ll charge for staff you knew nothing about..****** ******** with stinky buildings l!!
