Power Outage Nightmare and Inconsiderate Property Management

I strongly advise against entering into a long-term lease agreement with Carlton View. I have been experiencing frequent power and water outages, which have caused me a lot of inconvenience and financial strain. It appears that these issues have been ongoing for years without any permanent solution, and instead, the tenants are expected to accept the inconveniences. Despite having lived in the unit for several months, the management has not provided a lasting solution to address these recurring issues. As a result, I have had to spend a significant amount of money dealing with these unplanned inconveniences.

Unfortunately, due to these ongoing issues, I can no longer continue living at Carlton View. Therefore, I am forced to terminate my lease agreement and pay a fee. I believe that the management should be more considerate of how these issues are affecting the tenants. If they were fulfilling the agreed-upon services, there would be no reason to terminate my lease. It is not fair for tenants to bear the financial burden caused by the management's failure to provide necessary services while they continue to collect rent at the end of each month.

I visited your offices at Jewel City yesterday, but I received poor service from your receptionists/front desk Lesego and Thato. They were both rude, inconsiderate and unwilling to help me arrange a meeting with someone else to discuss my issues. I am concerned about how seriously this matter is being taken.
