Poor service: Frequent Water Cuts and Wifi at Elevate.
Poor service here in the already overexpensive and small apartments at Elevate. Water cuts over 24 - 48 hours every week. How do you survive without water. Moreover this mostly happens to the Elevate buildings while the surrounding buildings have water. And then the bill comes and the rent itself continue to increase. Living at elevate is no longer Justifiable. The Wifi that keeps cuttinf of after loadshedding incidents. Do something for your not so "worth it" place. Tenants have been voicing this but you seem not to do anything about it. Hei!!!. We are frustrated here. or atleast cut off the rent or reduce after such incidents.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the water and electricity outages. We are just as frustrated as what you are with the constant low water pressure outages from Jhb Water and the ongoing electricity outages from City Power. These outages are affecting most of Johannesburg for the past few weeks and in some cases some buildings are worse affected than others.
We do keep communication channels open via the Ithemba tenant app, where we send notifications to all our affected tenants. Please ensure that you download and register on our MyEstateLife tenant to receive the notifications.
We also deliver potable water to the building in severe cases of water outages to ensure our residents are catered for during this time.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will endeavour to continue pursuing City Power and Jhb Water for better service delivery.
Kindest Regards,
Ithemba Property
