POOR SERVICE / ARROGANT STAFF

I reside at The Metropolitan, had countless problems with my DSTV signal since they installed universal satellite and no one bothered to fix this. Had a burst pipe in the bathroom (causing the whole place to smell) and no one attended to this matter and they also allocated my parking space to someone else, went to office for help and their very rude admin lady who deals with parking lots in the building actually told me that she's in charge, she calls the shots and I'm just a tenant. For these reasons my husband and i have decided to vacate the premises before our lease ends. No wonder most of their units are empty.
