Poor service
Miscommunication when requesting for arrangements of payment hence on outstanding 1 month rent. Yet we have never missed a payment. Being told we're being locked out, no eviction notice nothing! Wifi, biometric access long gone deactivated and now we're being locked out without proper legal procedure and they don't want to accept us paying end of the month which is ending in just 13 days.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Kindly be advised that access to the visitor feature on the App, Wi-Fi, and other automated services is deactivated automatically when an account is not up to date. These services are reinstated once payment has been received, as they form part of the additional services provided to tenants who are in good standing in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement.
To have these services restored, we kindly request that you proceed with settling your outstanding balance in line with the payment arrangement currently in place.
With regard to the issues you are experiencing with your electricity supply and the locks to your unit, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. To ensure that these matters are attended to as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you log a maintenance request via your Ithemba Residents App. When submitting the request, please clearly indicate that you are experiencing difficulty accessing your unit, as well as issues with your power supply.
Once your request has been logged, our maintenance team will be promptly notified and dispatched to attend to the matter as a priority.
Should you require any assistance with logging the maintenance request, or if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We remain committed to supporting you and ensuring that these issues are resolved as efficiently as possible.
