Poor customer service | Very disappointing

Ithemba Properties needs to invest some time, energy and effort in training its staff about good customer service. I logged a WIFI service query on the 31st of January, but it hasn't been resolved after countless attempts to get the issue sorted. I am really disappointed in their slow response to my WIFI issue. This is really disappointing from a company that promises its clients "compact and convenient living."

I am working from home, and it is difficult to do my job when I don't have internet connection, now I am forced to add an extra expense to buy data. I am even tired of making queries to the building manager at Towers Main who has been trying to get the customer service team to assist me, but they seem to be dragging their feet.

The annoying thing is that they will demand full rent at the end of the month, but they are unable to solve a simple WIFI problem. This is frustrating really; I am gonna pay for a service I am not receiving. This is too much; it is affecting my productivity during the week. They need to treat tenants serious; we are paying a lot of money here to receive this subpar service from them. They don't have a sense of URGENCY!

It doesn't make sense for us to beg them to do their jobs especially when we pay for the service, it is totally unacceptable. Fix your customer service Ithemba Property!
