Poor Building Management
For months, as tenants we have had multiple issues with the building manager Lerato, our Fibre does not work properly and the lifts are always not working. The building manager has an attitude problem and is completely useless... The building is empty, people are moving out every month and when you escalate... They never respond, I have been waiting for a resolution for days now. They protect the building manager and would rather let paying tenants be myserable... I have proof that we are unhappy as tenants.
