Pleased tenant

I've heard people complain about the struggles of finding an accommodation especially as a first year student which for me is something i never experienced. I found out about the ithemba property on the internet as i was looking for a place to stay away from home school reasons obviously. I got a call from my agent Phumlani Zwane on the 15th Jan 2022 obviously asking if i was still looking for an accommodation which was a relief. He send me catalogs of ithemba properties to choose from also looking at my budget along with safety precautions.. Long story short I moved in on the 1st of Feb 2022 I didn't go through struggles which was an advantage on my side.It's been a month staying in Vuja De my stay has been absolutely amazing no complains my agent made sure I got everything written on the catalog and also explained the pricing rates of the place,which I also recommended two of my friends to live here with the help of Phumlani Zwane.I definitely give him a 100% rate of making my journey easy..I definitely will recommending him to other people as well I appreciate his efforts.
