Pending Complaint

This has to be one of the worst places I have ever lived in. You hire *********** staff, who have no flipping idea what customer service is, you blatantly ignore complaints which have been brought to your attention and think they will just evaporate into thin air. Currently I am still waiting for a response regarding a complaint which I forwarded two months back and instead of trying to sort the mess, it just keeps getting worse. Yesterday,28 October 2018, I went again to request for your security personnel to intervene regarding the noise made by my neighbors upstairs, whereby they allow the kids to ride the tricycle and play ball in the house, and their response was that, the old lady upstairs looks after kids! He banna, according to my lease, no tenant is allowed to do personal business inside the building, or do the rules differ for certain individuals? Aren't we all paying rent here and deserve peace in our private space? Then later at night, around 00H40,boom,someone is knocking on my window!!??So basically if I had left the window slightly open because of the heat, I might have been woken up by someone already in my bedroom?? Then you would have pass the buck and blame me for the poor security measures of your building? Every weekend we have to endure noise of the blasting radio downstairs and keep cautious of the ***** characters who are always sitting and having a party on those concrete tables and chairs you have put infront of the building? Firstly it was the false adverti*****t of the flat setup as a whole,no cupboards, shared water stoppers for the kitchen and bathroom, faults in the bathroom, the list is endless, then water pipes bursting at Room 219 and our furniture getting ruined, followed by high water bills,of which I played no part in incurring, as per my reasons stated on my previous complaint, now all that I have mentioned above? What's wrong with the management and owners of this building taking their tenants for granted? Where is your integrity or you don't know that tenants have rights too? I did not sign up for such inconvenience and I won't take this lying down. Receive this as my official notice to move out, as I am now forced to look for another place, however, believe me, this is not the end of if, you will compensate me for my ruined furniture!!!
