Paying Rent as a None tenant at ithemba

I have had a Nice & Peacful stay at Elevate Apartments from 15 November 2022 till my Move out Period , My worst experience when I requested to move out , i followed the process and Signed a notice form and i was advised it has been captured , a few weeks I got a call from Simphiwe who offered me discount if i stay 2 more Months okay i agreed because my living experience has been very amazing and Thank you to the building Manager Buisane for always being available to assist , I accepted the offer and stated very clear to Simphiwe that I will stay for 2 months and then continue with the Move out , I notified the Building manager and explained what happened , Simphiwe called me on the 31 October confirming if i ma leaving then i answered yes i am leaving and he said its on the system he wanted to confirm , now i get a statement am Owing R6000+ while my rent was R3600 Monthly , i did not miss any Rent prior to my dipatcher , This is the worst service and experience , How do i pay for a month that am a None Tenant at Ithemba Buidling , I wish to take this matter further .
