Pathetic unprofessional service from so called management!!

I am purely disgusted by the service i received from Ithemba property trust management in Purchase Place on the 15th of June i changed employment with reason for better working conditions/remuneration i am a tenant for Purchase Place for almost a year now end of June i didnt get any salary as i started my new job on the 20th of June, my previous employer sent me e-mail informing me that she'll terminate me end of July as the company works 1month in arrears meaning she'll backpay me end of july i then called a lady by a name of Busi there i don't know what's her position is there but whatever it is "its bigger than her shoe size" lol and i explained my situation to her she then told me that i must go get a loan and pay my June rental i presume that she is totally clueless about the procedure with credit granting my question was how without proper documentation? Moving right along she then came to a conclusion that i have to come to the office to make payments arrangements as the closing day its the 4th, on the 4th i asked my new employer if he cant release me early of which he agreed i went to the office in purchase place filled an arrangement form and submitted it never got any feedback from them on the 5th when i arrived from work i found that my electricity has been cut off mind you i have been a loyal tenant never missed payments never paid half my rent never made late payments it was the first incident in this past june and it was communicated now i need to know if all this things i am being subjected to if its legal or not couldn't we have dealt with this in a much civil way i am questioning myself what's going to be a second step from now are they going to lock the doors with my belongings inside or will they take take my stuff into their filthy storeroom and damage my furniture? With one month missed payment to the people out there who are thinking of renting apartments with Ithemba property you might just wanna reconsider the level of service there it leave you humbled...
