Pathetic Customer Service

Access Control systems at Eyethu House was upgraded recently which then crashed then resulted in my occupant being deleted .Can someone who has more than 2 brain cells resolve this mess please,before you lose a tenant. I can no longer deal with pathetic consultants that can't even apologise for their own ****ups.... AT this rate I am leaning towards not renewing my lease and I'm dissapointed to have to resort to this platform in order for my issues to be address ...
