Parking charges
I always gave them the benefit of a doubt but they consistently proof to me to why I should move. My last stroke is when I got clamped at a parking bay that was allocated to me by the Sunninghill Office, The Atlas East as its someone's parking. I was harrassed by the tenant whom I happen to share the parkign with, I took note with the security ( almost daily), I have opened a ticket regarding this which is ignored but other tickets get closed by Thembi, Bra Pat assured the issue will be fixed the following day with Thembi , the transfer agent and the property manager seem to be helpless. I cant go to the office as their operating hours are the same as my working hours . Im a client begging to have a parking bay that I already pay for . The next I know ill be signing 100 documents for a parking spot , you are terrible with admin
