Paid Up But Still Reported as Defaulting – Fix This Now!

I have fully paid my account with Ithemba and sent my Paid Up Letter via email. I was told via Hellopeter that the credit bureau reporting would be done by 10 November.

To my shock, when I checked ClearScore, it now shows 5 missed payments against my name — despite the fact that I have fully settled the account.

I included my ID number as the password for the Paid Up Letter, yet your team rep**** a week later asking for it again — proving no one actually read my email properly. I provided the ID again, and still nothing has been corrected.

This is unacceptable and damaging to my credit score. I have fulfilled all my obligations, and your delays and lack of attention are putting me at a disadvantage.

I demand that this error be corrected immediately and that confirmation of the update be sent to me without further delay.

If this is not fixed, I will escalate this matter to the National Credit Regulator and other relevant authorities.
