Overwhelmingly underwhelming - highly wouldn't recommend

Over-selling, lack of transparency, poor management and customer service. The new development seemed promising but turns out to not live up to said services/facilities available. During viewing, tenants were sold the idea that common areas such as the gym, laundromat and ****orking space would be done and available for use as of March but as of now, the date has since been moved to April. With that being said, tenants are being charged for the above-mentioned facilities, that basically don't exist. With construction currently underway, tenants are being limited to entry and exit paths and rather being directed to make use of an area that is a safety risk, which is pure negligence on their end. Even with biometric access, we are still have limited access which is quite a schlepp seeing that we all are paying for convenience and ease of mind. The only development that seems to be making progress on the estate is the retail centre, a clear indication that this is the main focus area and really all about the money(one would think they wouldn't make it THAT obvious). Speaking of money, there seems to be a number of hidden costs on the billing end of things with no clear explanation on what and how these fees work. This is all really disheartening and I hope they do better..SOON
