Overcharged on water bill
Why is it so difficult to get help in Ithemba offices. I was in their offices this morning and I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment I wanted to query about my water bill and I have been sending emails. I am so disappointed with my water bill to think I have been staying in Ithemba (Hoffman new yorker) for quite some time but I was never charged this much on water it so disappointing really.
